About Our Products

What makes well&whole gummies different from capsules or tablets?

Our gummies are fruity flavoured, easy to take and leave no aftertaste. They are made for people who struggle with capsules or tablets, or who simply gave up on a supplement routine because swallowing pills felt like a chore. Because they taste good, people actually remember to take them — and consistency is what makes a supplement work.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Well&whole selects natural ingredients. The gummies are pectin based rather than gelatine based, non-GMO, gluten free and pure. Beef organ products are sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle and freeze-dried to preserve their naturally occurring nutrient profile.

Are your gummies suitable for vegetarians?

The gummies are pectin based rather than gelatine based, which makes them suitable for most vegetarian diets. The beef organ range — liver, kidney, heart and multi-organ formulas — is animal-derived and is not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets. Check the individual product page if you are unsure.

Do your products contain sugar?

Several formulas, including the L-Lysine 1000mg gummies, are sugar free. Formulations differ between products, so check the label on the specific product you are considering.

Quality and Testing

Are your supplements third-party tested?

Yes. Every product is third-party tested, and all are made in a GMP-certified manufacturer.

Who manufactures your products?

Our manufacturing partner is Biocaro Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which holds a GMP certificate. Products are made in GMP-certified facilities and verified by an independent laboratory for identity, purity and potency.

Are your products non-GMO and free from artificial additives?

Yes. Our supplements are non-GMO and made without artificial colours. Individual products may carry additional certifications, which are listed on their product pages.

Usage and Dosage

How do I take the gummies?

Take 2 gummies per day. For better absorption, chew the gummies fully before swallowing. Follow the serving size stated on the label of your specific product, as some formulas differ.

How should I take the liquid drops?

Use the dropper provided to measure the stated serving, taken directly or mixed into water or juice. Liquid drops are absorbed faster than capsules and let you adjust the serving, which is useful for children or when starting at a lower amount.

How long before I notice a difference?

Our supplements are formulated with high-quality, researched ingredients, and individual results may vary. We recommend consistent daily use. Nutritional support builds cumulatively — most people should allow eight to twelve weeks before judging the result, and skin and hair formulas often take twelve to sixteen weeks.

Can I take more than one product at a time?

Many formulas can be combined. Check each label for overlapping ingredients so you do not exceed the intended amount of any single nutrient. If you take prescription medication, speak to a healthcare professional first — in particular, methylene blue should not be combined with SSRIs or MAOIs, and mucuna pruriens formulas require medical advice if you take medication affecting dopamine.

Are your products suitable for children?

Some are formulated specifically for children, including Kids Black Walnut Gut Support Drops (ages 1+) and Sulforaphane Broccoli Drops. Always follow the age guidance and serving size on the label, and consult a paediatrician if your child has specific health concerns.

What is your return policy?

The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and you will need a valid proof of purchase such as an order number, invoice or the email used at checkout. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?

Shipping times and destinations are listed on our returns and shipping page. If you need help with a specific order, contact us and we will look into it.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.

Our Range & Formats

What does well&whole sell?

Chewable supplement gummies and measured liquid drops for everyday nutrition — covering immune support, heart and circulation, liver support, sleep and calm, mood and focus, energy, digestion and general wellness. Every formula is made in a GMP-certified facility, uses non-GMO ingredients, and is verified by an independent third-party laboratory for identity, purity and potency.

What makes the range different?

Three things: every active ingredient is disclosed at its real dose rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend; the format is matched to the ingredient rather than forced into one mould; and each batch is third-party tested for identity, purity and potency. You always know exactly what you are taking and how much.

Should I choose gummies or liquid drops?

Gummies suit people who dislike swallowing capsules and want a fixed, pre-measured dose they will actually remember to take. Liquid drops are absorbed faster and let you adjust the serving, which is useful for children or when starting at a lower amount. Both deliver the same researched active ingredients — pick the format that fits your routine.

Are your products vegan?

Most gummies and liquid drops are vegan. The beef organ products — liver, kidney, heart and multi-organ formulas — are animal-derived and are not vegetarian or vegan. Check the individual product page if you are unsure.

Key Ingredients Explained

Where do the beef organ ingredients come from?

Grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle. The tissue is freeze-dried to preserve its naturally occurring nutrient profile, and the finished products are made in a GMP-certified facility.

What is TUDCA and why is it in several products?

TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a bile acid that supports bile flow, the liver's main route for clearing waste. It is paired with milk thistle, NAC and other liver-support ingredients across several of our formulas because healthy bile flow is central to liver and digestive function.

What is L-Lysine used for?

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid involved in collagen formation and in the production of enzymes and antibodies. It is commonly taken for immune support, skin and lip health, and tissue repair. Because the body cannot make it, it must come from diet or supplementation.

What is magnesium taurate, and how is it different from magnesium bisglycinate?

Magnesium taurate pairs magnesium with taurine and is chosen for cardiovascular support and evening calm. Magnesium bisglycinate is chelated with glycine and is gentle on the stomach, often used for relaxation and sleep. Both are highly absorbable forms — the difference is the companion nutrient and the effect you are targeting.

Safety Cautions

Are there any safety cautions?

Methylene blue should not be combined with SSRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medication without medical supervision. Mucuna pruriens formulas are not for use during pregnancy or while taking Parkinson's medication. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
