Delicious
These are really delicious magnesium taurate gummies. I purchased these for my mom to help support her heart health. I have been buying her gummies lately and she is really enjoying them. I also tried these because I too, take a lot of magnesium everyday (doctor’s orders). I usually take magnesium threonate or glycinate but I have read about the various benefits of the taurate form. Some of these include: regulation of muscle contractions and electrolyte balances, and protection of heart, brain & eyes from stressors. My mom likes the flavor of these, they taste just like strawberries. They are flavored with natural strawberry and have a clean ingredient profile. My mom eats healthy and usually buys organic so those are important to her. There are 60 in the bottle and the daily dose is 2 gummies, so its enough for a 30 day supply. I have spent a significant amount of money on magnesium supplements in the past few years so I am familiar with pricing/costs and this is a very reasonable price for a good supplement. It contains a concentrated amount per serving too (1800mg) which is much more per serving than other magnesium supplements in general.
