   Highly effective at diminishing bloating after fatty meals!
   I have been taking TUDCA pills for several years now as a long time keto/carnivore. I typically take 2 pills at 1,200mg daily. TUDCA supplementation has significantly helped me feel less bloating when eating lots of animal fats and proteins. When I saw TUDCA in liquid form, I knew I had to try it. This TUDCA is meant to be taken sublingually, held under the tongue for at least 10 seconds and then swallowed. Taken sublingually, it allows the TUDCA to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes located under the tongue. This bypasses the digestive system, and liver leading to faster absorption and higher bioavailability of TUDCA. The serving size is 2ml (the glass dropper itself has measurements up to 1ml and advises you to take 2 droppers full, however, I was never able to get enough liquid to fill up to the 1ml line so I ended up taking 4 droppers full of 0.5ml. It’s advertised as grape flavored. It’s not sweet, more tart and sour. It actually reminds me of the British drink Ribena. If you like Ribena, you’ll like this. If you don’t like Ribena, you will not take this daily. In 1 serving size of 2ml there is 500mg TUDCA, 350mg milk thistle extract, 150mg organic dandelion extract, 150mg artichoke extract, 50mg L-glutathione (reduced glutathione the most bioavailable form). Within 30 minutes I felt less bloated. It’s quite fast acting if you follow the directions and hold the liquid under your tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow. If I eat a huge fatty point cut brisket, I can feel very bloated for several hours. Taking the TUDCA liquid supplement sublingually did not take as long to diminish the feeling of bloating. I would highly recommend this only if you like the taste of Ribena or tart/sour tastes.
