If you are prone to cold sores please research the benefits of lysine in cold sore suppression.

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid and one of the nine essential amino acids the body does not make. So you either get it from your food or a supplement. It is supportive of muscles, skin, lips, and gums. It also has Vitamine B12. These are Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Vegan. Adults take two gummies a day – they are really tasty to me – I eat them after a meal for that little bit of sweet taste that completes a meal. Just FYI, the FDA has not evaluated them like most supplements.

I’ve been taking L-Lysine for years in tablet form. This gummy is a big improvement for me. Just chew the tasty fruit-flavored treat and no clunky pill to choke down. The gummy is about the size of a game dice. they are easily chewed and don’t stick together in the bottle. The daily dosage is two gummies.

I have been supplementing with L-Lysine supplements daily for years for the wellness benefits it provides including the support of skin, muscles, collagen and connective tissues and also for mouth and lip health. I am reviewing this Well & Whole branded L-Lysine gummies with B12. The gummies have a mildly sweet taste made with fruit pectin and only sweetened with stevia extract offering zero added sugars. It’s easy and convenient to take. I take 1-2 gummies a day and like to allow them to slowly melt in my mouth over about 5-10 minutes. Upon receiving my order, I noticed for product safety the packaging was very thoughtfully done. I received the twin pack shrink wrapped and then each bottle individually sealed and then a further strong inner safety seal. The product is GMP certified, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. If you are wanting to supplement with a L-Lysine supplement and rather than capsules, you prefer or don’t mind gummies, then this may be a great choice to get 500-1000mg per serving of 1-2 gummies.

I like these chewable gummy L-Lysine supplements. You take two a day and although they taste so good you want to take more, two is the maximum adult dosage.
What I appreciate most about this supplement is that it has zero added sugar, but still tastes really good! the ingredients are simple and the gummies are really easy to chew and are about the size of a square piece of gum.
L-Lysine has been shown to boost immune system and skin health but I cannot attest to any of the health claims made about this product. I like the taste and enjoy taking them, so I would recommend. I also like that they were double safety sealed and you get two bottles which is a great value for the price.

These have a light taste which is just right and not overwhelming. Easy to chew and swallow with ease. I like the benefits of L-Lysine for cartilage support and B-12 for immune system. This has a good amount of B-12 in it making me stop taking the other B12 I was taking. I have been taking L-Lysine for years on and off mainly when not getting it from meat as I am pretty much on a vegetarian diet. Price wise it is not bad if you take 500mg daily but at a 1000mg the cost can turn out high especially since there are less expensive alternatives but if you are looking for Gummies then this is a good price for quality and quantity.

The l-lysine gummies arrived fast and were well packaged for shipping. I did not notice any damage nor tampering upon opening and all the gummies were in good shape. the gummies were not melted nor stuck together in the bottle which was nice. I take L-lysine to enhance my immune system and fight cold sores from the sun burning my lips. These gummies do have a great flavor. They are very soft and easy to chew and do not get stuck in my teeth. The price point seems pretty average with other L-lysine gummies and the size of the gummies is nice. I haven’t really noticed the effectiveness as of today as I have not had any breakouts, nut maybe these little gummies are holding them at bay. Overall, I will continue to use and hope for the best. I bought these as a trial after reading Lysine could be taken at night help to burn belly fat. What I didn’t know is I would be getting my best nights sleep! Much easier to take than swallowing pills
I get cold sores on my nose occasionally so I always keep a bottle of L-Lysine around so that when I feel the tingling sensation of one coming on, I can start taking some Lysine so that a cold sore does not actually appear. I don’t have one right now, so I couldn’t text the effectiveness of a serving of gummies out, but I am thrilled that these come in sugar-free gummies, not large pills. Another bonus is that these gummis are sweetened with a natural sweetener, not an artificial one. The amount of Lysine in each serving is 500 mg, which is typical for some products and for kids to take. My cold sores are pretty stubborn, so I usually take 1000 mg at time. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.
