Helps with sleep. Easy to take.
My daughter has a hars time turning her brain off and going to sleep. She typically takes magnesium and l-theanine capsules before bed, but we tried this instead. She did complain that it doesn’t taste great, but she said she felt like it helped her go to sleep. I like drops, as I feel like they absorb faster, and I also like that she doesn’t have to guzzle a lot of water right before bed like she does to get capsules down (thus resulting in a late-night bathroom trip). Overall, pleased with this supplement.

Effective!!!
These drops really help my child go to sleep and get a full night’s rest. My daughter typically has problems going to sleep, these drops are such a help, they even work for my older daughter. They like the flavor, but one of them likes to dilute it in a little water, while the other one likes to take it by holding it under the tongue for 10 seconds or so.

Calm Bedtimes Without the Melatonin.
This comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. It doesn’t expire until 2027 so it should last even if you don’t use it every night. The cranberry flavor is not bad and the liquid format is easier than gummies if you have texture issues. We just mix it into a little water. What I really like is that it’s melatonin-free. No worry about dependence or grogginess in the morning. It’s not an instant magic sleep fix but more of a gentle wind-down supplement that helps set the tone for bedtime. Falling asleep is a bit easier.
I’d recommend this if you are looking for a natural, calming supplement to support better sleep and focus, without going the melatonin route.

Kid Approved Sleep aid.
My daughter is neurotransmitter has always had problems falling asleep. She either cannot turn off the energy or her mind. This magnesium based supplement packs enough just to get her body and mind calmed enough to drift off to sleep. Such a better option than melatonin.
The taste is daughter approved and she does not fight taking it. The dropper makes the delivery easy to get it under the tongue as directed. This well worth the price and I will be ordering again.

Having two kids, we’ve gone through plenty of melatonin over the years. Bedtime has always been a challenge, and melatonin has been our go-to. I honestly hadn’t thought of trying anything else until recently, when I started noticing how much adults were turning to magnesium for relaxation and sleep support. That’s what led me to give this product a try for the kids.
I can’t say it knocks them out the way a higher-dose melatonin (10–15 mg) might, but what I can say is that it really does calm them down and make the bedtime transition easier. About 15 to 30 minutes after taking it, you can see the difference—they’re more relaxed, less restless, and it’s much easier to get them settled in. We’ve also found that pairing it with a white noise machine or some kind of background sound makes it even more effective. The kids just drift off more smoothly, and the quality of their sleep seems better.
Flavor-wise, my kids weren’t thrilled at first. It has a cranberry taste that took them a little time to get used to, but once they got past that, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. For us, the benefit of calmer, easier bedtimes far outweighs the minor taste complaint.
If you’re a parent who relies heavily on melatonin, I’d recommend giving this a try. It’s a nice alternative that doesn’t feel as strong but still makes a real difference in bedtime routines.
