   Tastes good, works great.
   These help me before or after working out or during a long day when I need some energy and an extra pick-me-up and caffeine isn’t on the menu. After I started using this I could really feel the difference in my over all energy levels.
   It hasn’t given me any ill side-effects and my stomach has felt fine.
   It’s obvious the supplement is high quality because it’s been so effective at keeping my energy levels high. I think it’s also helped with muscle cramps. I haven’t had any since I began using this. I can’t say for sure that this supplement is the reason, but the timing is right.
   I like that it’s too be taken sublingually. It tastes good and it hits the blood stream fast. Your body gets all of it, as opposed to your stomach destroying most of it. So in a way your saving money and the value in it being a sublingual is that you get your money’s worth.
   The ingredients work perfectly together. I’ll order this again when I’m almost out. I’m happy with it and glad I tried it.

   Easier than gummies
   I am a 56 year old man, who works out in the gym 6 days a week. I mix up a powdered creatine drink and drink it as I work out. I like to supplement creatine with HMB and have used HMB gummies in the past. What I really like about these HMB drops is that I can simply add them to my creatine drink. One think to note is that after opening, it is recommended to refrigerate the drops. I feel these drops are very easy to use (as described above) and are effective. I believe these also provide a good value for the money. I have not noticed any discernible taste but again I mix it into a flavored drink anyway. I find these drops convenient and beneficial.

   Fast-Absorbing, Great Flavor, and Excellent for Recovery & Energy
   I was really impressed with this HMB and L-Leucine liquid supplement—it has quickly become a useful addition to my daily routine. What stands out most is the convenience and absorption.    This is a nice diet supplement of L-Leucine and hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) combo in a liquid format for fast absorbent. I ordered this product intending to use it to help exercise. From literature I learned that L-Leucine is a major component of branched amino acids and is required for muscle protein synthesis. HMB on the other hand is a metabolized product of L-Leucine and it can suppress the breakdown of muscle protein during intensive workout. As a consequence, both of them contributes to muscle growth and performance. An adequate supply of these two agents may help recovery of muscles after exercise. Calcium is part of the compound in HMB that can contribute to the total supply within foods. This product also contains supplemental agents such as vitamin B6 and B12 that are known have benefits on brain and muscles. By adding together, this product is an ideal supplement to help in training and muscle built up.

   Easy to use, great blend!
   I like liquid supplements because most times I feel that they have the ability to absorb better/faster than other types of supplements. I generally take them sublingually (under my tongue) and hold it there for a minute or two before swallowing to maximize absorption. This supplement tastes pretty good, so taking it this way isn’t a problem at all.

   The supplement comes in a dark brown bottle that is well sealed to prevent tampering and to prevent light degradation of the product. The dropper and bottle are glass, which prevents plastic contamination as well, which is beneficial, especially these days when there is so much plastic contamination to contend with.

   My husband and I are older on our weight loss journeys, and preserving muscle is paramount, as that becomes more and more difficult as we age. We are hoping to not only preserve, but add a little muscle as well, and are hopeful that this blend will help in achieving that. We’ve considered mixing it with our creatine drinks, which would make taking this even easier than it already is, but will stick to sublingual for now, unless we continue to add to our regimen.

   We are looking forward to reaping the health benefits of this easy to use supplement, and consider it a decent value. We have not experienced any negative side effects at all, gastric or otherwise, while taking it so far. If something does crop up I that potential users need to know about, I will update this review.

   So far, recommended.
