9+ Aminos
What I like most about this tincture was that it contained 9+ separate amino acids in one product. Most blends only include five at the most I found. I don’t mind the taste of these drops and they blend well into my favorite juice or electrolytes. I found the tincture bottle to be convenient bc I can throw it in my gym bag and I don’t have to deal with messy powders or mixing when I take this pre or post workout.

Pleasant Taste; Quick Absorption.
Amino acids are organic compounds used by all living things to make proteins; in fact, they are the building blocks of protein. Over 500 amino acids exist in nature, but only 22 of these appear in the genetic code of life. The human body uses 20 different amino acids to function correctly. Nine of these amino acids are called “essential amino acids.” Essential amino acids can be found in a variety of everyday foods, including beef, eggs and dairy.
In forming proteins, amino acids combine in various sequences essential for many functions in the body, including growth, repair, and energy production.
The benefit of Well & Whole’s liquid aminos is that unlike those found in food, they require no digestive energy, making the nine essential amino acids immediately available to the blood steam, and from there to the bodies various muscle groups. As the seller asserts, they support muscle recovery. Along with the aminos, the drops include zinc and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6, among other things, is used for protein metabolism. Zinc is known to be essential for immune function, as well as DNA synthesis.
Well and Whole recommends a dosage of 2ml of the liquid up to two times per day, sublingually; a graduated pipette is provided for dosing. The drops have a pleasant fruit flavor.

Very good Essential Amino Acid Tincture. Contains 9 amino acids. Easy to take, tastes good.
I got this EAA (Essential Amino Acid) liquid supplement to help in my recovery. So far, I really like this as a daily tincture. By itself, the taste is good, maybe a little bitter. The pear flavor seems to offset the bitter flavor a little of the amino acids. I normally put 1-2ml in my morning drink (i.e., orange juice, grape juice, or tea), so it is easier for me to take. More importantly, I didn’t get a bad after taste or experience any digestion issues afterwards. I like that this gives me a little energy boost in the morning and I feel good throughout the day. I really like that this is also non-GMO, vegan, and made with natural ingredients. My bottle was sealed in plastic and had a plastic seal around the top to prevent leakage and tampering. In addition, my bottle has a July 3, 2027 expiration date, so it has a long shelf life. With this you take 2ml per day, so each bottle provides a 30-day supply. At $19.99 for 2 ounces or $0.67/day, I feel the price is a very good value. Also, I would certainly recommend this.
